Identification of the Parila Union: In the initial stage, the head of the Union was called Kankariya Panchayat. The first panchayet was Badiuzzaman Talukder. His house was in Parila village. Since Parila was a large village and there was no permanent union council in that day, she used to do office at Tina's house. Parilaa Union Board has named the name of Tina's gram. Later, the Pakistan government named the board house as Union Council. Then Nur Mohammad Talukder of Parilar was elected the president. At that time, the name Parila Union Council was kept. Later Mou: When Ibrahim Hossain was elected president, the union council's permanent house or building was ordered to be constructed. According to the instruction, the building was built in Bangla 1372. Since Mau: Ibrahim Hossain was then the current president. Tina's house is at the center of Kipukuria village and at the side of Tina's house, the Ram Chandrapur Bazar and the union of the union, so at the Ramchandrapur parila union council building was destroyed and the people's convenience was reduced. But till date the name of the union council is still Parila. In 1971, after the independence of 1971, the government changed the name of Bahadur Union Council to the Union Parishad, and it continues in the same name.
